Hors D'Oeuvre Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
    3 eggs
    2 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1/2 c. diced sweet red pepper
    1/2 c. salsa
Preparation
    Combine cheeses and taco seasoning; beat well.
    Add the eggs; stir in half of the sour cream.
    Fold in the chilies and red pepper.
    Pour into a greased 10-inch spring-form pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until set.
    Combine the remainder of the sour cream and salsa; spread over the cheesecake.
    Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
    Cool on a wire rack.
    Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
    Garnish with chopped fresh tomatoes, sliced olives, shredded cheese or sour cream.
    Serves 12 to 18.
