Skillet Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. sliced green peppers
    1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning*
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet melt butter.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except tomatoes and croutons.
    Cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally, until peppers are crisply-tender (6 to 8 minutes).
    Add tomatoes.
    Cook 1 minute longer.
    Sprinkle with croutons and serve immediately.
