Mixed Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen vegetables, cooked and drained
1 can red beans
1 mango, diced
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cook all vegetables and allow to cool.
Combine sugar, flour, mustard, vinegar and water in saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Cool. Pour over vegetables.
Best if made the day before.
