Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. coarse ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cans water
1 Tbsp. masa
water
Preparation

Sear meat and drain off fat.
Add all other ingredients except masa
harina
and
simmer
30
minutes.
Skim
off any grease. Mix
masa
with
1/4 cup warm water and add to chili. Simmer another 15 minutes.
Better the next day.
