Congealed Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 box lime jello
1 c. smooth cottage cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Boil together for 3 minutes the juice and pineapple and jello. Cool mixture.
Add cottage cheese and chopped nuts.
Last, fold in whipping cream which has been whipped and sweetened to taste. Congeal in shallow pan or molds.
