Ingredients

2 sticks margarine or butter
3 c. sugar
1 large can Angel Flake coconut
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 c. Crisco
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and shortening together.
Beat in one egg at a time, beating 2 minutes after each addition.
Add flour and milk alternately.
Add coconut and flavorings.
Mix well.
Bake in a tube pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Do not preheat oven. The oven must be cold when cake is put in to bake.
