Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 to 4 c. more flour
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, sugar and butter in large bowl.
    Add cooled, scalded milk, then add yeast, eggs, 2 cups flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
    Beat real good.
    Add remaining flour; knead for 2 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl and refrigerate all night to raise.
