Broccoli With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. boiling water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 bunch broccoli (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Wash and separate stalks into sections.
    Place in boiling
    6 quarts of water; salt to taste.
    Cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    In same pan, place oil and garlic.
    Heat until bubbly. Add broccoli and sprinkle with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Cook, covered, for 1 minute or until heated through.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
