Microwave 9 Minute Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    3 slightly beaten egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
    1 recipe Meringue
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Gradually stir in milk in a 2-quart microwave dish.
    Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Stir and microwave 3 more minutes, then add small amount hot mixture into yolks.
    Return to hot mixture and add coconut.
    Microwave 3 more minutes on High.
    Add butter and vanilla and pour into baked pastry shell.
    Put meringue on pie and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 in regular oven.
