Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Heat butter in rectangular pan, 13 x 9-inch, until melted.
    Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with mixture.
    Place chicken skin side down in pan. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes.
    Turn chicken; bake 15 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
