Do Not Peek (Pork Chops Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. raw rice, Uncle Ben's converted or yellow rice
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
6 pork chops or 3 chicken breasts

Preparation

Grease 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle raw rice in bottom of pan.
Pour melted butter and milk evenly over rice.
Mix soups together (without water) and spoon over rice.
