Corn Chowder(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
7 c. fresh corn kernels
3 c. chicken stock, with fat skimmed off
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Preheat large, heavy saucepan over medium heat for about 1 minute. Spray it twice with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Saute the onion for about 5 minutes until translucent. Add 4 cups of the corn and saute for 4 to 5 minutes until it softens a bit.
Add 2 cups chicken stock and cook until the corn can be mashed easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
