Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tomatoes
    2/3 c. chopped carrots
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Simmer 30 minutes, put through food mill.
    Add 1/2 c. olive oil.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
