Rum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar; add vanilla.
    Beat in eggs and stir in flour.
    Bake in greased stem pan for 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Pour on icing while still hot.
