Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. cottage cheese, heated and cooled to lukewarm
    2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    4 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    1/2 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Combine all ingredients, except flour, with the yeast.
    Mix well in a mixing bowl.
    Add flour to form a stiff, yet soft, dough, beating after each addition.
    Cover and let rise until light and doubled in size (1 hour).
    Stir down dough and turn into well-greased casserole dish.
    Let rise until light (about 40 minutes).
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
