Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
1 c. skim milk
8 oz. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. cooked rice (white, brown or wild)
4 oz. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Colby or Monterey Jack)
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Blend in flour and chicken bouillon cubes.
Gradually stir in milk, stirring continuously until boiling.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chicken and mushrooms. Arrange rice in nonstick 8-inch casserole dish.
Spoon chicken mixture over rice.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
