Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, cut into chunks chicken
1 c. thinly diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. toasted almond slices
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. mayo
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Gently combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips.
Refrigerate overnight (a must).
