Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) can peeled tomatoes
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 shakes Tabasco
Preparation

Place first 3 ingredients into blender and blend briefly.
Add remaining ingredients and chill.
You may top with onion and chopped eggs or olives if desired, when serving.
