Oma'S Apple Cake(Oma Means Grandmother In Germany.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. milk
4 or 5 large apples
cinnamon sugar spice

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks and milk.
Mix in flour and baking powder.
Beat egg whites and fold into batter.
Pour in cake pan.
Place slices of apple in batter.
Top with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 50 minutes.
