German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 apples
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. unsifted flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs (unbeaten)
1 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Pare the apples and cut into thin slices. Mix the 5 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples and toss. Set aside.
