Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round of beef
    1/2 c. grated onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
    1 pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained and mashed
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    shredded lettuce
    sliced tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain; add onion, chili powder and salt.
    In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer crushed tortilla chips, beef mixture, mashed beans and Cheddar cheese as listed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    When serving, garnish with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sour cream.
