Blueberry Tea Cake With Crumb Topping - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. softened butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and milk to butter and sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Add dry ingredients.
Add in blueberries.
Spread in a greased and floured 8 or 9-inch round cake pan.
Sprinkle with crumb topping.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
