Easy Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. chuck roast
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Place the meat in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil in a roasting pan.
Combine the onion soup mix and the undiluted cream of mushroom soup.
Pour the mixture over the meat and wrap the foil over it loosely.
Bake until tender at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours. You may add potatoes, onions and carrots.
