1 bottle (11 oz.) beer at room temperature
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

ingredients
until
blended.
Pour
into buttered loaf pan.\tBake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
