Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
18 chicken wings (3 lb.)
Preparation

In pan, stir together all ingredients except chicken.
Heat to boiling.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut tips off chicken wings.
Discard.
Cut each wing in half at joint.
Arrange on rack in broiler pan.
Broil 6 inches from heat for 10 minutes, turning once (5 minutes on each side).
Broil 15 minutes more or until chicken is fork-tender, basting with sauce and turning often.
(I turn and baste every 3 minutes, 5 times.)
