Susan'S Hot Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 head of lettuce, chilled
1 c. good mayo
Louisiana hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce

Preparation

Tear or cut up a head of lettuce.
Mix hot sauce into mayo to taste.
It will be a pale orange color.
Use as a dip or a dressing.
