Buttermilk Cake Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Dissolve soda in buttermilk; add sugar and butter.
Cook slowly over low heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
Cool; add pecans. Spread on cake.
