Lemon Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

bread crumbs
juice of 1 lemon
sweet milk (raw cow's milk)
sugar
small lump of butter
4 eggs
lump of butter
Preparation

Mix together juice of 1 lemon, 1 pint of bread crumbs (homemade bread), 1 pint of sweet milk (raw cows milk), yolks of 4 eggs and small lump of butter. Bake in pudding dish or cake pan at 350\u00b0 until kind of dry on top. When done, remove from oven and add whites of 4 eggs, well beaten with 1 cup sugar and juice of 1 lemon. Return to oven and brown slightly.
