Cappuccino Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sq. (5 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
    3/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in coffee granules and vanilla; set aside.
    Beat sugar, cinnamon and eggs until sugar dissolves, about 7 minutes.
    Fold in chocolate mixture, flour and pecans until just blended.
    Bake for 25 to 35 minutes; do not overbake.
    Cool completely.
