Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium zucchini
    3/4 c. white wine
    1 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper and garlic salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cook squash in wine until soft; drain.
    Mash and mix in cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Turn into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
