Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    3 to 4 c. flour, divided
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    oil
    powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar and milk. Add 2 cups flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Add remaining flour until mixture is thick to proper consistency to go through a funnel. Pour 1/2 cup of batter through a funnel into heated oil (375\u00b0). Fry on both sides. Remove from oil and do the remainder of batter using 1/2 cup or more batter as you wish to make desired size of cakes.
