Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. unsifted self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs, flour and vanilla; fold in fruit and nuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
