Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    minced onion (fresh or dried)
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano (dried)
    1/2 tsp. thyme (dried)
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onion; drain.
    In blender combine tomatoes, tomato paste and water until smooth.
    Add seasonings. Blend until mixed.
    Pour over browned meat.
    Add mushrooms. Simmer uncovered 3/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
