Squash Casserole No. 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. squash (cooked and mashed)
1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
1 medium onion (grated)
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (or less)
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 stick oleo (melted)
Preparation

Mix squash,
soup,
onion and sour cream.
Put layer of stuffing mix in bottom of buttered casserole dish.
Add squash mixture and
top
with
layer of stuffing mix.
Drizzle melted butter over top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
