Beer-Batter Fried Walleye - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
2/3 c. beer
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 1/2 to 2 lb. walleye
hot peanut oil
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and beer together.
Gently stir flour and salt until blended.
Mix in margarine and allow to stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
