Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can each whole kernel and cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Beat eggs.
    Add corn, 1/2 of muffin mix and onion mixture.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Spread with sour cream.
    Sprinkle with cheese and dry muffin mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
