Hummus Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. tahini paste
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1/2 tsp. cumino (ground)
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    olive oil (optional)
    mint leaf for garnish, if in season
    veggies for dipping
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans, tahini paste, lemon juice and yogurt.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add green onion, cumino, garlic and salt.
    Blend.
    Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
    Spread over a plate.
    Drizzle olive oil over the top.
    Garnish with mint.
