Cabbage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 head (medium) cabbage
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation
    In pan, put cabbage (chopped), water, salt and margarine. Cook to tender-crisp, then add rice.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Cook second set of ingredients just to melt cheese. Pour cabbage mixture in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
    Cover with cheese sauce.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
