Garden Chopped Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads Romaine lettuce
2 c red bell pepper, diced
2 c carrots, shredded or diced
2 c cucumber, chopped
2 scallions, thinly sliced
2 c fresh tomatoes, diced
2 medium ripe avocados, diced
1 1/2 T lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Favorite ranch dressing
Preparation

Tear romaine lettuce into bit size pieces, add bell pepper, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes and scallions.
Cut avocado into 1/4 inch dices, place in a small bowl and toss with lime juice to coat well.
Combine with all the ingredients and toss with ranch dressing.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
