Governor'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. flour
    1 small can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook onion and bell pepper slightly. Add to beef with remaining ingredients. Place in 2 small or 1 large loaf pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
