1 c. plain flour
1 stick butter
1 pkg. crushed or small pieces pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

1st Layer:
Mix together flour, butter and pecans.
Pat in thin layer in 3-quart pan or glass dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 20 minutes.
Let cool completely.
