Pecan Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pecans, ground in food grinder
    2 whole eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Preparation
    Mix all together with spoon.
    Roll into balls and pat flat but not thin (size of small cookie).
    Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes, until slightly brown.
