4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix and drop by teaspoonfuls into broth.
Boil 18 minutes with cover on the kettle.
