Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. salt
4 tsp. mustard seed
1 pod hot pepper
1 medium onion
1 small garlic bud
enough pickles to fill gal. jar

Preparation

Mix salt, sugar, water and vineger and pour over cucumbers. Put remaining ingredients in bottom of the jar.
