Cauliflower With A Tang - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1.5 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 green onion, sliced
    1/2 c. grated reduced fat cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until crisp-tender. Drain well and place in serving dish. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and onion while cauliflower is cooking. Spoon over hot cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover a few minutes until cheese is melted.
