French-Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

sweet potatoes (amount desired)

Preparation

Peel sweet potatoes and cut into long, fry-sized strips.
Cook in deep fat as you would cook white potato French fries.
Do not add salt.
(Great with ham.)
