South Carolina Fresh Peach Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. sliced or chopped fresh peaches
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Set aside. Combine eggs and sugar.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add flour mixture; beat just until blended .
    Dredge peaches and pecans in 1/2 cup flour.
    Gently fold into batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes in 1 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) pan.
    Cool.
    Serve with or without whipped cream.
