Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cabbage
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 sticks celery, chopped
    parsley
    cooked rice (approximately 2 c.)
Preparation
    Remove cores of cabbage.
    In a large pot, steam cabbage and remove each leaf as it loosens.
    Save hearts of cabbage and chop. Put ground meat in a large bowl.
    Add onion tops and parsley.
    Mix well; salt and pepper to taste.
    Add tomato sauce and Ro-Tel tomatoes; mix well.
    Add chopped cabbage hearts to meat mixture. Add cooled, cooked rice to meat and cabbage mixture; mix well.
    Put one spoon of dressing in each cabbage leaf and roll up.
    Place in roaster by layers; salt and pepper each layer.
    Put two fingers of water in roaster.
    Cook, covered, at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
