Kay'S Pistachio Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat together and let set for 2 minutes.
    Pour over the cheese mixture.
    Top with remaining Cool Whip.
    Keep in refrigerator for several hours until firm.
    Cut and serve.
    Also good made with instant lemon.
