Butter Drop-Ins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
Cream together Crisco, sugar and milk in a medium bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix into creamed mixture.
Drop by level tablespoons onto a baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake 7 to 9 minutes.
Makes 1 1/2 to 2 dozen cookies.
